Copying, distributing, publishing, or using these materials commercially without our prior written consent is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal action.

You are responsible for supplying information that is truthful, complete, and current, including identification, contact, and payment details. False, incomplete, or deceptive information can lead to account suspension, limits on withdrawals, or legal proceedings. We handle personal information in line with our privacy policy and applicable Philippine data-protection requirements, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, using appropriate security and transparency measures.

You alone are accountable for every investment or trading decision made through Snap Manerix +X, whether entered manually or generated through AI tools, and you accept the associated risks. Snap Manerix +X supplies technical infrastructure only and does not provide tailored financial advice, recommendations, or assurances of profit. Markets such as equities and cryptocurrencies may move sharply, and you could lose all of the capital committed. Previous results are not a reliable indication of future performance. Use only money you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or expanded when required by regulatory developments, technical changes, or evolving market conditions. We will normally provide notice at least 14 days beforehand through email, platform messages, or our website. If you continue using the service after the revised Terms take effect, this will indicate your acceptance. Where changes are significant, you may choose to close your account.
